29. The percentage of the net profit from a lottery scheme may not be less than:
(1)  (paragraph revoked);
(1.1)  (paragraph revoked);
(1.2)  30% for a charity casino;
(2)  50% for a drawing, except in the case of a 50/50, in which case it may not be less than 35%.
